We would like to compliment one of your sales executive, Frayn Ang for his great customer service, patient and professionalism shown throughout the whole process for our whole transaction from trading in our old car to purchasing a new car from Speedo Motoring.
From the first appointment at your showroom, Frayn showed his sincerity and waited outside the entrance to greet us at the appointment time. From the first meeting, he listened attentively and was able to advise us accordingly to our needs for the type of vehicle we were looking for. Frayn was able to answer all the mechanical and procedure questions efficiently and cleared all our doubts, hence he was able to close the deal with us despite my husband and I had been sourcing around other automobile companies.
Even after we have signed the contract and paid the down payment for our new car, Frayn did not stop his customer service there. He updated us regularly on the status of the process (from the filing of paperwork, bidding to the installation of the car accessories). Frayn even made a trip to my office as one of my signatures did not match the first document I had signed in your office. Despite the long drive from your office to Changi Business Park where I work, there was no unhappiness shown for having to make the extra trip.
The great service from Frayn did not stop after he clinched the deal (which is common in the industry). He continued to show that customer satisfaction is very important to him. The patience in him from going through the paperwork, bidding process, to explaining to us the functions of our new car was way beyond what my husband and I had expected.
I am in the service industry too and I have always stressed to my staff the importance of the employees carrying themselves in a professional manner as they represent the company. The company's image is not just about the Vision, Mission or Core Values but the way the staff carry themselves by their action on how they represent the company they are working with. In your Managing Director message on your company's website, Richard has said: "We will be at our best to our customer's satisfactory and will continue to excel forward in the automobile industry." I am writing to express my sincere thanks to your team at Speedo, especially to Javier and his manager, for delivering such a positive experience for me on my very first car purchase with a parallel importer.
I always had my reservations about purchasing a vehicle from 2nd hand dealers and parallel importers, owing to the abundant of bad experiences faced by many consumers. If not for the fact that my choice car, the 2009 Wish, was only available with parallel importers at that moment, I might have gone straight to Borneo Motors instead. You can appreciate that I definitely approached your company with a lot of hesitation and even after I visited your website and saw the long list of positive testimonials, I was still not convinced (but I did feel a bit better than before…).
All that changed from my first meeting with Javier at Speedo Motoring. Javier was professional, informative and responsive to all my queries, and did his best to tailor a trade-in package that met my requirements, whilst securing the 2009 Wish for me. I got frank and honest replies, and what was agreed was delivered. On top of that, Javier went the extra mile to ensure a complete customer experience. In one incident, I arrived at Speedo to deliver my trade-in car but it had a full tank of gas. I felt it was a waste and asked Javier for help to recover some of the gas cost. Without much discussion, Javier and his manager kindly gave me some petrol vouchers to off-set a large majority of the cost. On another occasion, I needed my NRIC to be returned after registration procedures with LTA, and Javier hand delivered it to my home (at 10 pm) when I could not find the time to collect it from Speedo. When my new car was finally handed over, everything was in order, no fuss no issues. No need to come back for touch up or something else.
I am very impressed with the personal touch from Javier and for the “go the extra mile” for the customer attitude. I rank their customer service way above many of the auto dealers I have dealt with – Kah Motors, Komoco, Volkswagen. Thank you for delivering such a positive experience on the purchase of my new 2009 Wish. Your extra effort has been noticed and is very appreciated. I will definitely return for my next purchase, and I’ll even try to get a mainstream model through you guys….
