Ownership of vehicle transferred to the next owner has to be within 7 days. 

Vehicles should not be under financing during the transfer. 

COE prices fluctuate every 2 weeks hence it is important for us to reflect our prices accordingly. All of our advertisements include the standard clause that " Price are subject to change without prior notice."
